BTS DPL operates line teams dedicated to 11 KV and 33 KV construction and maintenance. These teams have the experience of all types of HV work including BLX refurbishment through to erecting open wire construction and the installation of all plant including automation equipment.

HV jointing services are also supplied and work undertaken on any diversions or new connections where required.

The erection of poles and plant are included in our project works as BTS DPL has all the plant and equipment required within their fleet and the operators are built within the teams.

Where possible if an HV scheme is affected by vegetation BTS DPL are able to provide arborists working along side the line teams under the same shutdown to remove the vegetation thus cutting cost as only one shutdown is required. Again this may mean it is possible for a DNO client to capitalize more work.
