BTS/DPL provide teams for out of hours working as part of a standby rota or emergencies such as storm damage. The teams are tailored to the client’s requirements, A team can comprise of a mix of skills such as:-

Our utility teams have been involved in faults caused by storms and regarded as system emergencies with great success. In a recent clients system emergency our staff were involved in the restoration of supply for over 10,000 customers within a short period.
